D School of Business offers 3-years undergraduate programs. Students enrolled in these programs are eligible to receive a certification after the successful completion of each year, as per below:

3-years undergraduate program:

• End of first year- Basic Diploma
• End of second year- Advanced Diploma
• End of third year- Professional Diploma

Undergraduate Programs: D School of Business is an autonomous institution and does not confer degrees/diplomas approved by UGC /AICTE or any other regulatory authority.

However, if students wish to pursue an Indian or international degree program, D School of Business facilitates admission into the same, details of which are as follows:

On completion of the Advanced Diploma, D School of Business students have an option to pursue a bachelor's degree program from some of the renowned international universities with which D School of Business has academic collaborations. These are Nottingham Trent University, University of Derby, Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Creative Arts, Torrens University Australia, University of Canada West and GISMA Business School. D School of Business facilitates the enrolment of eligible students at these universities based on a recognition of and transfer of credits.

However, students should note that an international degree is presently not equivalent to an Indian degree as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and hence, they will not be able to pursue a post- graduate degree in India.

Students with international degrees are accepted by private and international organizations /MNCs for employment subject to respective organization recruitment policy.

• D School of Business facilitates the enrolment and completion of an Indian bachelor’s program so that its students earn a UGC recognized degree.
• Delhi South Campus - School of Open Learning, Delhi University
• Mumbai Campus - Institute of Distance and Open Learning, Mumbai. University
• Bangalore Campus - Directorate of Correspondence Courses, Bangalore University
• Students pursuing Management Programs will be facilitated to enrol for BBA program from IGNOU.
• If a student wants to pursue a degree program through ODL (Open and Distance Learning) from a recognized university other than the ones mentioned above, he/she is free to do so.
• Students with a bachelor’s degree through ODL are eligible to pursue further studies from recognized Indian Universities and International Universities.

D School of Business offers 2-years postgraduate programs. Students enrolled in these programs are eligible to receive a certification after the successful completion, as per below:

2-year postgraduate program*:

• End of first year- PG Diploma
• End of second year- PG Professional Diploma

The 2-year PG Fashion Business and PG Luxury Brands programs offered by D School of Business are also validated by IED -Istituto Europeo di Design, Milan.

*D School of Business is an autonomous institution. Further, D School of Business is not a degree-granting institute and is not accredited by UGC, AICTE (except for PGDM program as stated below), or any other regulatory body.

D School of Business (Business school of Pearl Academy) 2-years AICTE approved PGDM program as per AICTE guidelines:

After completion of two years of AICTE PGDM program, student will receive a post graduate diploma in Management as per AICTE guidelines.

All students pursuing under-graduate and post-graduate programs at D School of Business receive multiple opportunities to gain international industry exposure through international student exchange programs, master classes by global experts, familiarization trips to manufacturing units, export houses, fashion houses and access to international fashion weeks etc., subject to the complying with the eligibility criterions and associated expenditure.

D School of Business (“DSOB”) reserves the right to cancel a course before or after its commencement of course by giving a notice, at any time due to any internal technical or administrative reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course. If DSOB cancels a course, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. DSOB may also offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in course fees.

DSOB will process any refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 45 days of notice of cancellation. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you originally used to make your course booking unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

DSOB will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course as outlined on DSOB’s site and in any brochure or published material. However, DSOB reserves the right to:

1. Alter the timetable, location or presenters specified for a course; and
2. Make reasonable amendments to the content and syllabus of a course, when necessary

DSOB reserves the right to cancel your course booking in DSOB’s absolute discretion, and refund all fees paid by you, irrespective of whether the course itself is to proceed, without any further liability on our part.

DSOB also reserves the right to exclude you from any course before or after its commencement of course, if in DSOB’s absolute discretion DSOB considers that you are impeding the provision of the course or other of DSOB’s activities, or your presence is bringing or threatening to bring the DSOB or any part of it or its subsidiaries into disrepute. In these circumstances, DSOB will refund all fees paid by you but will have no further liability to you in respect of such termination or exclusion.
